Jane GeltchI am a participatory process host, and steward of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter. I love working with organisations moving to Next Stage ways of working, and am a student of the new paradigms emerging for a more connected, compassionate future.
I see my work with Purpose Partners as co-creation - working with others to bring new ideas to life. I have a growing conviction that empathy, compassion and forgiveness are the keys to a meaningful life. I love hosting and nourishing others on their path as they host and nourish me. |
Pam BurleyI believe in the power of communities, of any size or context, to identify opportunities and to seek their own solutions.
I’m passionate about supporting community champions to continue their good work by sharing powerful skills and tools they can use to host conversations that really matter, to harvest insights and take wise action. I bring many years' experience working with youth and in community development to my work as a host in Campfire Co-op. One of my greatest joys has been to join the community of Art of Hosting practitioners, and I'm delighted to be co-hosting this training in Queensland. |
Mel GeltchI'm a designer, host and harvester of work that matters. The principles and practices of the Art of Hosting and self organising human systems support me in my work and life.
I care deeply about creating workplaces and communities where people can thrive. I’m a co-founder of a collaborative enterprise, Campfire Co-op, a platform for doing purposeful work that benefits people and the planet, for practicing a more human way of doing business, and for learning about ourselves and each other. |
Frank MartinI have skills and experience in participatory process in community, business and organisational contexts and draw inspiration from the Art of Hosting communities in Australia and globally.
I have international experience working in the space of co-creation and participatory practice, and have witnessed the transformative power of people connecting authentically and using processes which promote co-creation and change. With Purpose Partners, I’m enjoying working with organisations to co-create a transition to lighter, more responsive structures based on participatory leadership and evolving purpose. |

My passion lies in supporting people to realise and activate their full potential - individually, and within groups and organisations. I have a background in rural development and landcare - building the capacity of people to collaborate well.
I first participated in an Art of Hosting training in 2010, and since that time have used the practices and way of being in all my work. I continue to explore the “Art” of this way of creating collective meaning, understanding and action. My work in the world also includes hosting men’s circles and leading contemporary rite of passage camps for boys. I am a founding member of Campfire Co-op, a collective of hosts, facilitators, practitioners and learners. |
After witnessing dysfunctional work systems in organisations with traditional leadership, I am inspired to practice other collaborative ways, such as Art of Hosting, which promote participatory leadership.
My work is to increase the accessibility and take-up of leadership throughout organisations to support well-being in the organisational space. I provide coaching for staff, community groups and organisations through dynamiCChange coaching, to increase awareness in managing workplace dysfunction. |
I am a passionate and committed creative social work practitioner who has worked across the community sector for nearly 15 years.
I have a strong foundation in community development practice and process that guides my approach to work at an individual, group and community level. At the centre of this practice is a belief in the power of intentional relationships; seeking them out, nurturing them, committing to them, and connecting them between people. I am a Purpose Partner and a practitioner of the Art of Hosting and Harvesting conversations that matter. I am constantly surprised by the power of good process, design and hosting to generate positive relationships, connection and outcomes that are owned by everyone. |
